You’ve been Sentenced! educational word game is a hit at the National Council of Teachers of English annual convention

November 28, 2011

We’ve just returned from demonstrating the educational You’ve been Sentenced! word game to teachers at the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) annual convention in Chicago. The Convention was undoubtedly one of NCTE’s best!

The National Council of Teachers of English is devoted to improving the teaching and learning of English and the language arts at all levels of education. The Council promotes the development of literacy, the use of language to construct personal and public worlds and to achieve full participation in society, through the learning and teaching of English and the related arts and sciences of language.

We met hundreds of innovative teachers who are developing sound teaching practices that enrich student learning – including (of course!) using the You’ve been Sentenced! word game in the classroom!
